Release plan for RTEMS 4.11?

The ARM tool chain needs to have EBAI as the default. I will not support 
a 4.11 release until this has been done. We cannot release RTEMS knowing 
an architecture's tool chain is dead before we release. Further changing 
the default to EBAI after the release makes the following release a mess 
for users. Sebastian's original position was correct and we should have 
followed that rather than this folly. The sooner this is correct the 
sooner a 4.11 release can be considered.

This statement reflects more on you than the people looking after the 
previous release. This is an unsubstantiated claim that highlights your 
growing isolation.
