GSOC and Joel on Friday Afternoon

Hi,

I am sorry the GSOC deadline fell on Good Friday but
it did. I hope everyone who submitted their proposal
before noon today got some feedback. If you didn't
get any, please ask on the mailing list for someone
to look at it.

Give Gedare access with permission to add folks
and he can cover. Assuming he is not taking the
pretty weekend off also. If he can't, another mentor
should be able to give us all write permission.
