I don't know about these 2 ports in particular, but historically the 
reason why there isn't general rtems_isr_entry in RTEMS had been:

There are different demands on different targets, which had rendered 
implementing a generally applicable approach to isr-handling impossible 
or at least suboptimal.

Of cause, this doesn't exclude there might be places where some 
historically accumulated stuff unified.
