Saving patches from the mailing list

Hi,

GMail does not easily support saving patch emails to files so I wrote
a script that will download using IMAP any patches I "star". I expect
it will be a time saver long-term for me and anyone else who uses the
gmail web interface and needs to download / apply git patches.
