It is better when there is an open effort to do a port. And honestly, it wasn't an open effort when you answered. A few private emails about doing the port and the tools appeared. I hadn't committed to digging out the old first hack at seeing how hard it was even yet.

Ralf was a bit eager. :) But seriously this situation is rare compared to random tool updates with no announcement, testing or explanation. That happens regularly.

And after my margarita induced answer, I know I make mistakes too
