[RFA] [PATCH] mips*el support for RTEMS

Hello,

I think the normal way to get little endian support for MIPS on RTEMS would be 
to add the appropriate multilibs to GCC.  See in the GCC sources 
"gcc/config/mips/t-rtems".  It seems that we already have -mel variant:

mips-rtems4.11-gcc -print-multi-lib
.;
mips32;@mips32
soft-float;@msoft-float
mips3/el;@mips3 at EL
mips3/el/soft-float;@mips3 at EL@msoft-float
mips32/soft-float;@mips32 at msoft-float
