Access of GIT projects through HTTP

I am a little confused. The http://git.rtems.org has all the projects. 
What is missing ?

Is this related to the menus I have added to the main web page ? The top 
menu item is the git server while the link in the menu that is below is 
the RTEMS master one. I tried to make some short cuts.
