Nice idea. This corresponds loosely well with the topics we use for
filing PRs in bugzilla, but an expanded list or unified list between
the two (bugzilla and our git commits) might be useful.

Perhaps if we start with the subsystem (and if we have a unified list
as mentioned above), then it would be sufficient to do something like:
bsps: closes PR####
Is that enough information? (I think so, because anyone who needs to
dig can go to the bugzilla.)
