RTEMS and AT91M40800

I try to port RTEMS to (atmel) AT91M40800 . So please let me know:

- can RTEMS use with ARM7TDMI (ARMv4) ?
- how much ram and flash needs RTEMS to run on AT91M40800 ?
- do you have any example with AT91M40800  ?
-what is the close example that is compatible with this MCU?
