GSoC inquiry

Hi,

I want to ask if i could work on a project to make rtems capable of
enabling MMU on ARM platform .
Would it be a good proposal ? what should i do to be accepted ?
I`m a new comer to rtems but i`ve worked on embedded systems ,programming
in C , read about ARM platform and made
some small OS implementations .
