Please call the bootstrap script.

Btw. is the bootstrap documented somewhere?  In

http://wiki.rtems.org/wiki/index.php/GSoC_Getting_Started

I can find "Bootstrap RTEMS (covered in Wiki page referenced above)." but the 
above Wiki pages doesn't cover it.
