CVS Id Removal Review - Last Call

Hi

I didn't get any negative feedback so I took the next
step and squashed the many smaller patches into 4.

+ clean up
+ scripted changes
+ manual edits to undo script mistakes
+ manual edits to remove remaining Ids

These are (and have been since Thursday) available for
review on my personal repo at
http://git.rtems.org/joel/rtems.git/log/?h=Ids

They have been available for review almost a week.

I have compiled every BSP and the test code to ensure
the script didn't break something.

FWIW In testing to make sure I didn't break anything, I
had to fix a number of things that were broken when
I started. I have just committed a set of patches to
address nearly all of those issues.  :(
