This works for me.
../rtems/configure --target=sparc-rtems4.11 --enable-rtemsbsp=sis \
__RTEMS_USE_TICKS_FOR_STATISTICS__=1 >c.log 2>&1 && \
make >b.log 2>&1
How did you configure and build?
