Internal Error Questions

Hi

In reviewing the Configuring a System Chapter, I have
tripped across two things which I need confirmation.

+ INTERNAL_ERROR_NO_CPU_TABLE is obsolete. CPU Table
was removed a couple of branches ago. A quick grep shows
it really isn't used.

+ Proper alignment of the workspace is no longer a
potential fatal error.

Can I get a confirmation on these?
