[PATCH] LM3S3749 BSP - unified with LM3S6965

Hello,

Here is the second attempt on LM3S3749 support. This time unified with
'6965 support, including QEMU. Everything is now contained under
arm/lm3s69xx directory. The following BSPs are implemented:

     lm3s6965 - bare lm3s6965 MCU, not tested on real hw, can be run
                with unmodified qemu, memory map like in real MCU.
     lm3s6965_qemu - lm3s6965 with a lot of memory, can be used only
                with patched qemu (like old lm3s6965 BSP).
     lm3s3749 - bare lm3s3749, tested on real hardware.
