I agree it needs to be something that both the user documentation
and tool dialogs can be derived from.

But it was too much to ask a student to do this level of organization
and description of the configuration parameters. We had to have the
information captured and only a few people could do that. I have felt
that this was one of the blockers to an Application Configuration UI.

Thanks for the review.  This is an important chapter and I hope this
work is seen as an improvement.
