I tested everything using openOCD with OpenMoko debug board v3 as JTAG
interface (FT2232-based). The copy of config file is available here:

    https://github.com/eugmes/rtems-test/blob/master/openocd.conf

Programs were flashed onto MCU. Usual sequence is (via openOCD telnet
interface):

    flash write_image erase /path/to/image
    reset init
    resume

UART0 was used for serial console. At early stages of development
(before I've got UART working) openOCD's semihosting support was useful.
