I didn't commit this so far since the usage of the processor index (e.g. for 
_Thread_Executing) is completely broken.  It is this bug everywhere:

I added Score assertions activated by RTEMS_DEBUG to find the places.  Before 
this I had to fix the test suite runs with RTEMS_DEBUG.  This delayed me a bit. 
  Updated patches will follow some time in the future.
