realview pb - Cortex A9

Hi,

I am trying to build a simulation system on gem5 for the new
realview_qemu BSP. I need to know the BSP specs that are needed.
Primary,
-How many cores?
-Caches sizes
-DRAM size
-Frequency

And any other important specs.
