Based on the README in the bsp I think it is using 256M. I think it
has only been used with one core. The other parameters you may need to
look at Qemu to determine. Probably, they will be similar to what is
used in gem5 for the Realview PBX A9 already, see
gem5/src/dev/arm/RealView.py:RealViewPBX(). It looks like gem5 uses
addresses above 256M for the memory-mapped IO. So, the base RTEMS
image should probably be less than 256M.
