I am glad you are interested in RTEMS and GSOC but
only the Google OSPO can answer an eligibility question.
Carol Smith will likely answer this on that mailing list.
At this point, I would say apply while waiting for an answer.
The deadline is too close to do otherwise. We can always
ignore the application later. But if you are eligible, then you
must have one in.
