[PATCH] Mongoose HTTPd from 3.2 to 3.9 (last commit before MIT -> GPL)

Hi Nick,

I don't have a network-capable RTEMS setup at the moment, so I can't
test/commit. However, have you tested the patched version? What RTEMS
version (HEAD?) did you use, and what BSP?
