RSB qemu fails to build

Hi

I was trying to test pc586-sse to confirm the bug I think I found
and when building devel/qemu, I got this on CentOS 6

lt LINK vscclient
  LINK  qemu-bridge-helper
/usr/bin/ld: -f may not be used without -shared
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make: *** [vscclient] Error 1
  CC    qmp-marshal.o
make: *** Waiting for unfinished jobs....

Has anyone built this recently?
