The problem is that _CPU_set_Some_other_thing overlaps slightly with
the _CPU_ namespace we use for cpu-dependent score code. However,
since the "set" is not capitalized, we can differentiate the case. I
also prefer _CPU_set_Xxx for symmetry with the type names we chose.
