RFC: Moving osmonweb into network-demos

Hi

Thomas.. the OS Web Monitor is sitting in a git repo by itself and gets
ignored. What do you think about moving it into network-demos?

If so, I wonder if Chirayu would mind doing that and maybe converting
them to use waf.
