Sorry, what I wrote wasn't what I did, what the patch contains.

rtems bin2c is installed as rtems-bin2c, but the Makefile for oswebmonitor
was calling bin2c (and in the path where rtems-bin2c is installed), so what
I did is s/bin2c/rtems-bin2c/ for the Makefile
