I have cleaned up the qemu configurations and realview runs. I am seeing 
these results:

Passed:   494
Failed:     2
Timeouts:   2
Invalid:    0
-------------
Total:    498

Failures:
  spcpucounter01.exe
  sp69.exe
Timeouts:
  psxintrcritical01.exe
  spintrcritical07.exe
Average test time: 0:00:00.741182
Testing time     : 0:06:09.108800

Further test has psxintrcritical01 pass taking 3:32m and 
spintrcritical07.exe took 4:41m. This is on an unloaded fast i7.

I am not sure how we manage time outs and CPU performance when testing 
with simulators.
