rtems/src/scheduler* code convention issue

Hi

Both schedulerident.c and schedulergetprocessorset.c do not follow
RTEMS Coding Conventions on avoidance of deep nesting by using
early returns. The nesting on schedulergetprocessorset.c is pretty
ugly and could have been avoided easily.
