rtems-rfs-rtems.c Warning

Hi

With networking disabled and tests=samples, the arm/lpc2362
and 39 other ARM BSPs only have two warnings.  One of those
is the one in main_cp.c which I just pinged the list.

Let's see if these can be fixed and we get a nice set of BSPs to
build warning free in this configuration. :)

Don't worry if these turn out to be simple. Harder cases remain
but I wanted to see some 0's on the board. :)
