GSOC 2015: Configuration GUI

Hi,

The GUI is partially done. The set up for Boolean and Integer options is
done.

Find the files here: https://github.com/anandkp92/waf/tree/waf/gui
[Run gui.py].

Please let me know if you are facing any issue while running this file or
any changes I have to make.
