[PATCH] testsuits: Fixed typo in fileio.doc

With the documentation being converted to Rest and Spinx for 4.11, we have
an issue of how to track changes needed when it is finished and we start
using it on the master.
Sebastian said he has stopped submitting doc changes into then. I don't
know if he has any he is tracking locally or not.
I have some changes which require doc modifications.
Any thoughts on how to manage this?
