Build Warnings Reports

Hi

I have posted the warnings from building all BSPs for 4.11.1
and the master on the RTEMS ftp site. There are a handful
of warnings on the 4.11 branch and it would be nice to
clean those up.

There are lots of warnings on the master. Help is heeded to
reduce these. There are simply too many warnings.

This is an area in which anyone can contribute. Please just
pick some warnings and fix them.
