We are carrying quite a lot of other patches on top of 4.11 (as
noted/submitted in
https://lists.rtems.org/pipermail/devel/2016-February/013637.html), of
which the cache changes are only a subset. I'm thinking we'll hold off
requesting backports until we've managed to clean up and submit the
majority of those to master.
