tar01 fails on master

Hi

tar01 fails on multiple targets. I checked erc32 and psim so it
looks to be target independent. It would be great if someone could
look into it and fix it.

initial tar image.


Untaring chunks from txz - XZ file is corrupt (data)
../../../../../../../rtems/c/src/../../testsuites/libtests/tar01/init.c:
272 status == UNTAR_SUCCESSFUL
