This command is not useful. I guess it worked only by accident. The 
dhcpcd uses several global variables which are not cleaned up or 
properly re-initialized. The dhcpcd command is not supposed to return to 
the caller. A running dhcpcd client could be controlled via a special 
socket, but his is not properly implemented/ported to RTEMS.
