RTEMS Plugin Xilinx SDK Not Generating HelloWorld Template

Hi,

I'm trying to get the RTEMS Plugin installed into the Xilinx SDK. The SDK is running Eclipse 4.6

I've followed the steps from the tutorial (https://devel.rtems.org/wiki/Developer/Eclipse/Plugin)to get the Xilinx Plugin installed from the ftp website (http://ftp//ftp.rtems.org/pub/rtems/eclipse/updates/<http://ftp/ftp.rtems.org/pub/rtems/eclipse/updates/>).

I've configured Eclipse to point to the RTEMS toolchain (Installed in C:/opt/rtems/5/bin) and the Xilinx Zynq BSP that I generated outside of Eclipse as well as my MinGW and MSYS install paths.

The issue I'm having now is that when I go to create a RTEMS HelloWorld project (New Project --> C Project --> RTEMS Hello-World Project) using the RTEMS Toolchain it just generates a blank project folder when I click finish. If I click Next and go to the select configuration page I get the following error "At least one configuration should be available. Project cannot be created."

Any idea what might be going on? I added some screenshots to aide in troubleshooting. Let me know if these didn't make it through and I can send some links instead.
