RTEMS Plugin Xilinx SDK Not Generating HelloWorld Template

Someone else developed the plugin and I have no idea what's going on with
it relative to Eclipse but if the RTEMS applicstion code generated from the
template isn't compiling, post it and more people can help solve that.
