Problem: RSB does no longer install stand-alone sis

OK. I ran RSB on Freebsd, MacOSX, ubuntu 18.04 and WSL before pushing the revert to minimize the likelihood of me breaking anything.

Sorry, I got a bit impatient there! Just trying to get at least one version of sis to compile and install. I will show more restraint next time ... :-)
