Patch progress

I sent in a couple of patches to rtems-devel last week, and nothing
happened.  They were both simple one- or two-liners that fixed bugs I
happened to run into.  Both were small enough that they didn't seem
worth the trouble of a trac ticket.  What needs to be done to move
them forward?
