PRU support for RTEMS on BBB

My GSoC project has also taken on momentum.
I am currently looking into the Linux userspace drivers for PRU.
Sadly the userspace drivers are no longer used in the BeagleBoard community.
Therefore most guides and documentation is partly deprecated.
