Failures on Overnight build sweep

Probably an unrelated failure but sis doesn't build on FreeBSD 12.

I think the RSB needs a bit of attention to ensure the right hashes are
used or
the 100+ hours of computer time it takes for a sweep is wasted.

I will pause from starting the next sweep until a few errors are explained
and
thought to be corrected.
