I got this also on the machine I use for automated testing. I backed up to
this commit and it works:

commit dc989037e430ceb24b9a7ffd6e514935319e0e45
Author: Chris Johns <chrisj at rtems.org>
Date: Wed Aug 12 13:17:48 2020 +1000

sb/track: Only output unreferenced configs with the option

That eliminated these two:

commit 650c6f99333c7f163f81817d3f71f93d0ae17ee4
Author: Chris Johns <chrisj at rtems.org>
Date: Tue Aug 25 21:21:50 2020 +1000

    sb: Use shebang env python

    Closes #4037

commit 40af487dfc26a583e7d20b7af9ca2058ed69e1ef
Author: Chris Johns <chrisj at rtems.org>
Date: Thu Aug 13 11:44:23 2020 +1000

Move 5 build sets to 6

    - Move 5/bsps/* to bsps/*

    - Update package build references from 5 to 6

    - Remove 5 build sets.

    Update #4048

Not sure which one did it but the author to blame is a singleton. :)
