It would be nice if most of the content of

could move to the User Manual.

In general, this repository gives rise to an RTEMS Project question. 
Should it provide BIT files, device tree files, debugger configuration 
files, etc. to set up a target (evaluation board)? If yes, where? Maybe 
rtems-docs?
