is there a list to diff the rtems 4.x and 5.x

hello,
We decide to use rtems in our arm cortex r5 bsp. Considering the high reliability requirement, do we choose current stable 4.11.3 or future 5.1.0 ?
And could somebody give me a list to display the difference between 4.11.3 and 5.1.0 ? I just find a little change lists in the document. 
But after I compare the two edition's source code, I find the difference is much more than the document listed.
