Weekly Project report

Hello everyone,
This is my weekly project progress report that is discussed on the irc
meeting which couldnt be held today.

DATED : 17/JUN/2020

Current Progress:
> Fenv patch for ARM nerged in Newlib
> Sent Patch to add fenv support for MIPS and AARCH64
> Adding confstr() to libbsd is under progress, I ahve added the initial
files.

Goals for the week:
> adding Confstr()
> adding tests FOR Timer_create using CLOCK_MONOTONIC

Blockers:
> Understanding the structure for psxtimer
