POSIX Compliance project proposal

Hello everyone,
I have completed my project proposal on POSIX Compliance

I have tried to implement every feedback and comments that I have received
on the proposal.
Also could tell me the tickets are enough for a GSOC Project.
I would like to get everyone's feedback on it. So it could be more
fruitful.
