The foundation is a key part of this and it is great you ask. I happened to give
that effort a little shake today. I hope we have some movement soon.

The other part is defining the projects, obtaining the resources, managing the
projects and signing off the completed works. The foundation has no resources
capable of doing this, it has no processes or procedures.
