As the proud representative of the "some people", there were only two things
on the list until BuildBot added itself.

+ rtems-bsp-builder
+ build bot
+ rtems kernel RSB

Some fine people ordered them that way because the first two are critical
for our automated testing builds. The last one is important and user facing
but it might be a candidate for after removing autoconf. Breaks
RTEMS packaging via RSB

The "some people" were as happy with the state of the BSPs on autoconf
vs waf as is possible.
