Essentially, this commit adds the header files from freebsd-org without
changes and removes the header files from rtemsbsd with the same name
to avoid conflicts. I wanted to avoid having both in the source tree at the
same time, because I wasn't sure if that could mess up the include order.
I will check if it compiles if I add first the new files and then remove the
old versions from rtemsbsd.
