Resource Leak Assertion on psim

Hi

Two tests fail on psim with resource snapshot assertions:

../../../testsuites/psxtests/psxkey08/init.c: 162
rtems_resource_snapshot_check(&snapshot)

../../../testsuites/fstests/fsimfsgeneric01/init.c: 462
rtems_resource_snapshot_check(&before)

Does anyone see these on other BSPs? It would be unusual if a leak was BSP
specific but I've seen weirder. This seems like a simple BSP to have this
issue though.
